"Learning to lead and leaders as learners are not new ideas, but the Washington State Leadership Academy will take these concepts to new levels. This highly interactive, learning-by-doing program will make it possible for leadership teams from districts around the state to focus on a problem of practice as they learn and apply new skills to solving that problem. Participants will have the unique opportunity to bring their work to the academy and bring the academy to their work." |
