Pam Ansingh,
Academy Coach

Pam Ansingh is a district coach for the Washington State Leadership Academy. Beginning her career in the West Valley School District in Yakima, Pam served in the roles of physical education and fine arts specialist for the district and as a classroom teacher.

After obtaining administrative credentials, Pam moved to the Selah School District and held positions as elementary assistant principal and district reading specialist, building principal, and executive director for teaching and learning. In the latter role, she also served as the internal district improvement facilitator.

Pam completed her bachelor's degree at Central Washington University, a master's degree in professional development and principal credentials from Heritage University. She completed her superintendent credentials from Seattle University in 2008 and is presently working on her doctorate in educational leadership, also at Seattle University.
