Leroy (Le) Fulfs, Academy Coach
Le Fulfs is a coach for the Washington State Leadership Academy with the Kiona-Benton City School District. He is also a technical assistance contractor for the Summit District Improvement Initiative in the Othello School District.
Le served as an elementary school principal for 19 years at Kiona-Benton City Elementary School, Southgate Elementary School in the Kennewick School District and Maya Angelou Elementary School in the Pasco School District. Le also served as a leadership coach for the Association of Washington School Principal's Assessor/Mentor program and the OSPI School Improvement Assistance program. Prior to becoming a principal Le taught in the Sultan and Chehalis School Districts.
Le received his B.S. from Washington State University (GoCougs), his M.Ed., from Western Washington University, and completed his principal certification work at Pacific Lutheran University.
