Ian Grabenhorst, Academy Coach

Ian Grabenhorst is using his 36 years' of experience in education to support his work as a district coach with the Washington State Leadership Academy. In addition to his role as a district coach, he oversees education program support for regional districts as an assistant superintendent for Educational Service District 105 in Yakima.

Prior to these roles, Ian's experience includes having served as a superintendent in two districts in Oregon and one in Goldendale, Washington, and as a high school counselor.

In his spare time, Ian and his wife enjoy hiking, tennis, water skiing, and biking. They have three children, all gainfully employed in careers they truly love.
