Judy Reault, Academy Coach

Dr. Judy Reault is a district coach for the Washington State Leadership Academy. Spanning the Washington coast to the eastern corner of the state, she has enjoyed a career in public education as a teacher, principal, deputy superintendent, educational service district assistant superintendent, and adjunct professor.

With more than 37 years in education, Dr. Reault is the CEO of Evergreen Associates Educational Consultants, providing executive coaching and facilitation. She and her business partner/husband, Greg, are most frequently called upon to do long range planning or project planning for school districts.

Dr. Reault earned her doctorate in educational administration from Washington State University in 1998. In fact, her bachelor and master degrees were also awarded by Washington State University. Her work has been recognized statewide including the 2009 Tri Cities Crystal Apple Special Achievement Award; 2008 Award of Merit, Washington Association of School Administrators; 2004 Outstanding Service to Education in the Walla Walla Public Schools, Southeast Washington Association of School Administrators; and 2003 Excellence in Educational Leadership Award, The University Council for Educational Administration.

She considers her "happy place" to be anywhere the boat, camper, husband and dogs are. It is a bonus when the grandchildren join the party.
