For over forty years, Dr. Jean Lane’s objective within the educational system has been to assist school districts in systems analysis resulting in quality education experiences for students, staff, and parents. Her focus has included refining quality planning and implementation processes including development of measures to evaluate program efficiency.
She currently serves as a consultant, contracting two years with the Summit Project in Tukwila, WA as a District Improvement Facilitator; Instructor for Washington State Leadership Academy, Leadership Framework Specialist coaching districts in Eastern Washington. She has also conducted comprehensive school reviews for Center of Education Effectiveness, systems analysis and recommendations for Heritage University and individual school coaching around the use of data. Also, strategic planning with school boards and administrations, serving as Executive in Residence for WSU Tri-Cities.
