Carolyn Ho became a coach for the Washington Leadership Academy in 2015. She has used her considerable skills as a teacher and administrator in Clover Park, Tacoma Public Schools, and Peninsula school districts. Carolyn has also served as a School Improvement Facilitator for the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) and a consultant for OSPI, Bremerton School District, Tacoma School District and adjunct professor for University of Puget Sound and Pacific Lutheran University.
Carolyn earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Puget Sound as well as her teaching and administrative certificates. She holds a Masters in Education from Central Washington University and her doctorate in Educational Leadership is from Seattle University.
