The Washington State Leadership Academy (WSLA) exists to provide leaders with the knowledge, skills, and dispositions necessary to improve teaching and learning at scale in school districts across Washington state. Toward that end, six curricular strands form the central emphases of WSLA, and create a coherent framework for the academy program.
Washington State Leadership Academy is a joint program created in
partnership by the Washington Association of School Administrators
(WASA) and the Association of Washington School Principals (AWSP).
