Four educational service districts (ESDs) were selected to participate in the 2008-09 pilot program of the Washington State Leadership Academy: Northwest ESD 189 in Anacortes, North Central ESD 171 in Wenatchee, ESD 113 in Olympia, and Puget Sound ESD 121 in Renton.
